HDFC MF Declares Dividend For Prudence Fund

Record date for dividend is 18 March 2010

HDFC Mutual Fund has approved the declaration of dividend on the face value of Rs 10 per unit under dividend option of HDFC Prudence Fund. The record date for dividend has been fixed as 18 March 2010.

The quantum of dividend will be 35.00% (Rs. 3.50 per unit), subject to the availability of distributable surplus as on the record date. The scheme recorded NAV of Rs 31.095 as on 11 March 2010.

HDFC Prudence Fund is an open ended balanced scheme, which has the investment objective to provide periodic returns and capital appreciation over a long period of time from a judicious mix of equity and debt instruments with an aim to prevent / minimise any capital erosion
