DSP BlackRock MF to Suspend Trading in Units of FMP - 12M - Series 13

With effect from 6 February 2012

DSP BlackRock Mutual Fund has announced that the record date for the purpose of determining the eligible unitholders / beneficial owners holding units (in demat form) of DSP BlackRock FMP - 12M - Series 13, a close ended income scheme, who would be entitled to the maturity / redemption proceeds on the maturity / final redemption date shall be 7 February 2012. The maturity / final redemption date of the scheme is on 9 February 2012.

The trading of the units of the scheme which are listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange of India Limited (BSE) will get suspended with effect from 6 February 2012.

The primary investment objective of the scheme is to seek to generate returns and capital appreciation by investing in a portfolio of debt and money market securities. The scheme will invest only in such securities which mature on or before the maturity of the scheme.
