DSP BlackRock FMP-12M-Series 12 announces dividend

Record date for dividend is 30 January 2012

DSP BlackRock Mutual Fund has announced 30 January 2012 as the record date for declaration of dividend under the dividend payout option of DSP BlackRock FMP-12M-Series 12, a close ended income scheme. The quantum of dividend will be up to 100% of distributable surplus as on the record date on the face value of Rs 10 per unit. The scheme recorded NAV of Rs 10.3264 per unit as on 24 January 2012. Also the scheme will mature on 30 January 2012.

The primary investment objective of the schemes is to seek capital appreciation by investing in a portfolio of debt and money market securities. It is envisaged that the scheme will invest only in such securities which mature on or before the date of maturity of the schemes. The schemes may also use fixed income derivatives for hedging and portfolio balancing.
