DSP BlackRock FMP – 3M – Series 25-32 and DSP BlackRock FMP – 12M – Series 13-16 files offer document with Sebi

Close Ended Income schemes

DSP BlackRock Mutual Fund has filed offer document with Sebi to launch DSP BlackRock FMP – 3M – Series 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32 and DSP BlackRock FMP – 12M – Series 13, 14, 15,16, close ended income schemes. The New Fund Offer price is Rs 10 per unit.

Investment Objective: The primary investment objective of the Schemes is to seek capital appreciation by investing in a portfolio of debt and money market securities. It is envisaged that the scheme will invest only in such securities which mature on or before the date of maturity of the schemes. The schemes may also use fixed income derivatives for hedging and portfolio balancing.

Term of the Scheme: DSPBRFMP – 3M – Series 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32: 3 months

DSPBRFMP –12M – Series 13, 14, 15, 16: 12 months

Options under plans: Growth and dividend payout option

Benchmark Index: DSPBRFMP – 3M – Series 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32: CRISIL Liquid Fund Index

DSPBRFMP –12M – Series 13, 14, 15, 16: CRISIL Short Term Bond Fund Index

Minimum Application Amount: Rs 10,000 and multiples of Re 10

Minimum Target Amount: Rs. 10 crore in each of the Schemes during the NFO period

Loads: Nil

Asset Allocation: The scheme will invest 100% in debt securities and money market securities. Total gross exposure in debt, money market securities and derivatives shall not exceed 100% of the net assets of each Scheme. Debt Instruments may include fixed income derivatives (only for hedging and portfolio balancing) up to 50% of each Scheme's net assets.
