Birla Sun Life MF Declares Dividend For Tax Relief'96

Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund has approved the declaration of dividend on the face value of Rs. 10 per unit under the dividend option of Birla Sun Life Tax Relief'96. The record date of dividend distribution is 12 March 2010.

The fund house has decided to distribute 70% (i.e. Rs.7.00 per unit) as on the record date. The scheme recorded NAV of Rs. 86.29 per unit as on 4 March 2010.

Birla Sun Life Tax Plan (BSLTP) is an open ended equity linked scheme with lock in period of 3 years, with the investment objective to achieve long term growth of capital through a portfolio with a target allocation of 80% equity, 20% debt and money market securities.
