| Axis Mutual Fund has decided to change in fundamental attributes of Axis Equity Fund, with effect from 30 June 2017.
The proposed changes are:
Type of the scheme: Open-ended Large Cap Equity Scheme
Investment objective: To achieve long term capital appreciation by inveting in a diversified portfolio predominantly consisting of equity & equity related securities of Large Cap companies including derivatives.
Asset Allocation:
The scheme will invest 80%-100% of assets in equity & equity related instruments of Large Cap companies; invest upto 20% of assets in equity & equity related instruments of other companies with high risk profile and invest upto 20% of assets in debt & money market instruments with low risk profile.
Existing investors have an option to exit without payment of exit load between 31 May 2017 and 29 June 2017.
