| HDFC Mutual Fund has decided to change in name and asset allocation pattern of HDFC Small & Midcap Fund, with effect from 09 November 2016.
The proposed changes are:
Name of the scheme: HDFC Small Cap Fund
Asset Allocation Pattern:
The scheme will invest 80%-100% in equity & equity related instruments of small-cap & mid-cap companies of which; invest 80%-100% in Small-cap companies, upto 20% in Mid-cap companies with high risk profile, invest upto 20% in equity & equity related instruments other than the above with medium to high risk profile and invest upto 20% in debt & money market instruments (including securtized debt) with low to medium risk profile.
Existing investors have an option to exit without payment of exit load between 10 October 2016 and 08 November 2016.
