| JM Mutual Fund has announced that Mr. Dhaval Vussonji, an Independent Director of JM Financial Trustee Company Private Limited (“Trustee Company”), has ceased to be the Director of the Trustee Company.
Consequently, all references to Mr. Dhaval Vussonji as an Independent Director of the Trustee Company, in the Statement of Additional Information of the Schemes of the Mutual Fund stand deleted. |
