| Government is set to borrow Rs 8.2 lakh crore in H1 FY27, 51% of full year, according to a latest update from Reserve Bank of India (RBI). In H1, government will raise Rs 8.2 lakh crore through 26 weekly auctions. The market borrowing will be spread over 3, 5, 7, 10, 15-, 30-, 40- and 50-year securities, according to RBI Issuance Calendar for Marketable Dated Securities for April - September 2026. |
