| The initial public offer (IPO) of Novus Loyalty received bids for 45,09,000 shares as against 29,90,000 shares on offer. The issue was subscribed 1.51 times.
Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) bid for 11,15,000 shares, Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) for 9,14,000 shares, while individual investors (IND category bidding for 2 lots) placed bids for 24,80,000 shares.
The issue opened for bidding on 17 March 2026 and it closed on 20 March 2026. The price band of the IPO was fixed between Rs 139 to Rs 146 per share. The equity shares will list on BSE’s SME platform.
The IPO comprised 41,20,000 equity shares, including a fresh issue of 33,00,000 equity shares and offer for sale (OFS) of 8,20,000 equity shares.
The company intends to utilise the net proceeds for funding of expenditure towards Investment in enhancement of existing products and development of new products, Business development and marketing activities including manpower hiring and general corporate purposes and unidentified inorganic acquisition.
Ahead of the IPO, Novus Loyalty on Monday, 16 March 2026, raised Rs 16.50 crore from anchor investors. The board allotted 11.30 lakh shares at Rs 146 each to 8 anchor investors.
